Strong cold front with Rain (Heavy at times) all afternoon – clearing in the north toward evening but lingering along US90, all flights suppressed or confounded with exception of Frio 0:38 from which ~7.6k bats made a definite migratory move to the SW, rain cleared out at Congress at 0:18 (7:10 pm) but no bats braved the chilly damp conditions
