Flight:  No Evening Flight due to storms
Scouts: 

bats hunkered down until storms passed at 3:30 am when ~54k flew a few miles south, 3 cm hail to the N & S of Congress before & after flight time, Flight Time Conditions: Winds NW at 13 mph with gusts to 25 mph – had switched from S as front passed at ~5:30 pm, Temp 73°F, Dew Point 62°F falling, Visibility 9 miles, Overcast, 10 Cooling Degree Days, Cloud Base 2508′, RH 69% falling, Heat Index N/A, BP 29.56 rising, after storm the next morning bats were viewable until ~4:30 am under streetlights

Eclipse Notes: bats chattered quite loudly during totality as birds quieted down, but only one lonely bat flitted about the West side of the bridge around 1:30 pm according to bat citizen scientist Dana from Philadelphia. Thanks, Dana, for the Eclipse Face Time call!
