Strong storms to the north & west of the Hill County heading east at flight time, Frio 1:26, Bracken 1:36, Huber 1:48, Stuart 2:04, bats from protected cave and mine roosts the only ones venturing out in the unstable conditions, storms finally arrive at Congress around 2am

Bands of storms heading east from Big Lake , Brownwood, & EaglePass, only protected roosts (caves & buildings) between the bands of storms ventured out to hunt, Bracken 1:30, SchertzClemens Randolph 1:40, Frio 1:42, Stuart 1:58, Rucker 2:00, Fern 2:08, Congress(~4% came out for a look around once fog/mist cleared) 2:38,
